Success metrics sheet — every major flow mapped to HEART goals, behavioral signals, target metrics, and the tool tracking each one.
Context

Before launch there was no unified agreement on what success meant. Sales, ops, leadership, and product each pushed conflicting metrics, so no one shared a view of what to track once Toolbox was live.

Approach

Partnered with a Senior PM to establish the HEART model as the product health north star, mapped every major web and mobile workflow into measurable touchpoints, then worked with engineering to instrument events in Heap, Smartlook, and Google Analytics for both behavior and context.

Outcome

One agreed-upon measurement approach and a consistent, shared foundation for product analytics across teams — the basis for how Toolbox would grow, scale, and evaluate success.
