Context

Internal operations across warehouse, accounting, field ops, and hardware ran on disconnected tools, tribal knowledge, and manual workflows. They were impossible to scale, and impossible to find the bottlenecks in.

Approach

Led cross-functional discovery with field operations to map the device lifecycle end to end, from manufacturing through warehouse, dealership, and activation. Partnered with another PM to define business rules, the workflow systems map, and data flow across HubSpot → NetSuite → Zoho.

Outcome

A single operational source of truth that NetSuite consultants used to initiate the warehouse management system project, saving discovery time, preventing rework, and letting leadership update SOPs against real workflows instead of assumptions.

Impact

This became the blueprint NetSuite consultants used to start the warehouse management system project.
